Importantly, we have no existing relationships or referral agreements with any agents. The agents we recommend come solely from our data-driven analysis. When our system identifies the top agents, we contact them and offer the lead for a fee. If the first agent declines (due to being busy, uninterested, etc.), we move on to the second top agent, and then to the third. If all three agents decline, we will stop there. We do not simply offer the lead to any agent for a fee; our primary goal is to maintain the integrity of our concept and promise, not just to seek profit.
