03. No Guarantee of Sale or Agent Performance:
While Property Up uses advanced data analysis to identify and recommend top-performing real estate agents based on recent sales in your area, we do not guarantee that engaging with these agents will result in the sale of your property or any specific outcomes. The performance of any agent is dependent on various factors beyond our control, including market conditions and negotiations between you and the agent.
04. Agent Selection Process:
Property Up will use your property details to analyze recent agent performance in your area and recommend up to three real estate agents who meet the criteria based on our internal system. The choice of which agent(s) to engage with will remain entirely with you. Property Up’s role is limited to providing recommendations based on data, and we are not responsible for any actions, advice, or outcomes resulting from your engagement with the agents.
05. No Agency or Brokerage Relationship:
Property Up does not operate as a real estate agent, broker, or financial advisor. Our service is strictly limited to facilitating the introduction between property vendors and real estate agents. No legal or agency relationship is established between you and Property Up through your use of this service. Any contractual agreement for property services will be directly between you and the selected real estate agent(s).
