Unlike other services that may simply refer you to an agent based on existing relationships, referral agreements, or the highest number of sales, we go further to find the agent best suited for your specific property. We also filter these agents by their average sale price, ensuring the highest-performing agent for your needs. If the top agent identified declines the lead, we approach the next best option, up to three agents, to maintain our promise of connecting you with the best.
Our approach is unique in the Australian market. While many services recommend agents based on pre-existing relationships, referral agreements, or simply the highest number of sales, our system focuses on finding the right agent for your specific property type and specifications. An agent with many sales may specialize in different property types, such as apartments or smaller homes, and may not be the best fit for your 4-5 bedroom house on a large block. Our system analyzes various parameters—including property type, size, and features—to identify the most suitable agent. Furthermore, our recommendations are filtered by agents' average sale prices to ensure you receive the best representation. Importantly, we have no contracts or relationships with agents, providing unbiased recommendations purely based on performance.
There is no cost for property owners to use our service. We contact the top agent identified by our system and offer them the lead for a fee. If they are unavailable or decline, we then contact the next best agents up to three in total. If all three agents decline, we stop there and inform you of the outcome. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary Appraisal Report to help you understand your property’s market value and prepare for discussions with the agent.
